My question is about quinoa . Recently I saw a recipe for a Greek Salad made with 3 cups of quinoa . I was at the store and was getting the ingredients when I noticed the 8oz pkg of quinoa had 95 carbs . The recipe called for 3 cups . I put everything back . Why would I want a salad with 300 carbs in it not to include the carbs from the chickpeas it called for ?
